Der Zombiespaß zur Fußball-WM: Im neuen Streich von Benjamin Rocher („Die Horde“) erlebt eine Pariser Spitzenmannschaft beim Pokalspiel in der Provinz ihr apokalyptisches Wunder. Mit verspielter Inszenierung und trockenem Humor hält „Goal of the Dead“ Fußballbusiness und Fankultur auf unterhaltsam ironische Weise den Genre-Spiegel vor. Eine reguläre Spielzeit von 90 Minuten hätte dafür allerdings gereicht.
